How to play & zodiac changes

Two ways to play

Aim and shoot

Shot

Use the paw-marked cue ball to bring matching animals together. Adjust the strength with your drag distance and try bouncing off the rim.

Phone & tablet
Swipe and release to shoot in that direction.
PC
Drag and release to shoot. Distance sets the strength, not speed.

Tilt and roll

Tilt

Tilt the board to roll the animals together. Hold the angle and guide matching animals toward each other.

Phone & tablet
Swipe to change the tilt. Supported devices can also use the gyroscope.
PC
Use direction buttons or the numeric keypad for eight directions. Center or 5 levels the board.

Swipe or drag anywhere in the game area except the score and buttons at the top.

Basic rules

  1. Connect matching animals

Two matching animals change into the next zodiac animal when they touch. You start with the first five kinds, from rat to dragon.

  2. Make room for more animals

Merging reduces the number of balls and brings in more. The total supply is exactly enough for one cat. Once all animals have appeared, keep connecting those on the board.

  3. Complete the cat to clear!

Your score is recorded when you meet the cat. There is no time limit, so you can take time to aim.

Ball size and weight vary by animal. These illustrations use a consistent display size so you can see each animal clearly.
