When changing phones, create a backup on your old device and restore it on the new one to transfer your data.

How to Transfer Data to a New Device
These instructions are for users who use Safari on iPhone.Your data will not automatically move to the new iPhone. Create a backup file on your current iPhone, save it to iCloud Drive, and restore it on your new iPhone.
Before You Start
- Have both your current iPhone and your new iPhone ready.
- Do not delete or reset the save data on your current iPhone until the restore on the new iPhone is complete.
- Keep both devices connected to the internet because this process uses iCloud Drive.
1. Save a Backup on Your Current iPhone
- Open Safari on your current iPhone and go to the “Save Data” page on Latele Game.
- Tap “Back Up Save Data.” When “Save data backed up successfully.” appears, the backup file has been created.
- Return to the Home Screen and open the Files app with the blue folder icon.
- Open “Recents” at the bottom of the screen. The file whose name begins with “latele-game-backup-” is the backup you just created.
- Touch and hold the file, then tap “Move” in the menu that appears.
- Select “iCloud Drive” from the list of locations. If you're unsure where to save it, choose an easy-to-find folder such as “Documents.”
- Tap “Move” in the upper-right corner. Your save data is now stored in iCloud Drive.
2. Restore the Save Data on Your New iPhone
- Make sure your new iPhone is signed in to the same Apple Account as your previous iPhone. If you completed the normal device transfer setup, you will usually already be signed in.
- Wait a moment, then open the Files app on your new iPhone and confirm that the backup file appears in iCloud Drive.
- Open Latele Game in Safari and go to the “Save Data” page.
- Tap “Restore Save Data.” When the file picker opens, select “Browse” at the bottom.
- Select “iCloud Drive” from the list of locations, then open the folder where you saved the backup.
- Tap the save data file whose name begins with “latele-game-backup-”.
- Review the confirmation screen, then tap “Restore.” When “Save data restored successfully.” appears, the restore is complete.
- Open your games and confirm that your records and progress have been restored. Do not erase the data on your previous iPhone until you have confirmed everything transferred correctly.
Using Google Drive or Another Cloud Service
If you normally use a cloud service such as Google Drive or Dropbox, you can move the backup file there instead of using iCloud Drive. Sign in to the same service on your new device and select the saved file from the file picker. The basic process is also the same in browsers other than Safari, such as Chrome.
If You Can't Find the File
- Make sure the new iPhone is signed in to the same Apple Account as your current iPhone.
- Open iCloud Drive in the Files app on the new iPhone and check the folder where you saved the backup.
- It may take a little while for the file to appear in iCloud Drive. Stay connected to Wi-Fi or another network, wait a few minutes, and check again.
Delete Save Data
Delete the game records, progress, profile, favorites, play history, and settings stored on this device. If you participate in online rankings, ranking-related data stored on our servers, including scores, your nickname, avatar, and ranking identifiers, will also be deleted. This action cannot be undone. Create a backup first if you may need this data later.
