Terms of Service

Scope

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using Latele Game (the "Site"), provided by Latele Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

About the Site

The Site provides free mini-games that can be played in a web browser. We may change, add to, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site without prior notice to users.

Game Records

Game records are generally stored in the user's browser. If you participate in online rankings, information necessary to provide the rankings is sent to and stored on our servers. We do not restore or compensate for browser-stored records that are lost due to changes in browser settings, deletion of site data, changing devices or browsers, or similar circumstances. We may remove or invalidate, without prior notice, ranking records that we determine were registered through improper means.

Supported Environment

The Site is tested using the latest version of Google Chrome on PC and the latest version of Google Chrome for iPhone on smartphones. The Site may not operate correctly depending on your device, operating system, browser, or browser settings.

Prohibited Activities

• conduct that violates laws or public order and morals;
• conduct that infringes the rights of us or any third party;
• conduct that interferes with the operation of the Site;
• unauthorized access;
• excessive use through automated means;
• using a display name that may offend other users, impersonates a third party, or that we otherwise deem inappropriate;
• conduct intended to improperly obtain, alter, submit, or manipulate game scores, rankings, or other records; or
• any other conduct that we deem inappropriate.

Intellectual Property Rights

Rights relating to text, images, programs, designs, and other content published on the Site belong to us or their respective lawful rights holders. Except as permitted by law, reproducing, republishing, modifying, distributing, or otherwise using such content without permission is prohibited.

Support

The Site accepts voluntary support through OFUSE and Stripe as a way for users to show appreciation for the free games provided on the Site.

Support is not required to use the Site, and the content available to users or the conditions of use do not change based on whether support is provided or on the amount provided. At present, no in-game benefits, paid features, physical goods, or individual services are provided in return for support.

Support and payment processing are subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of the respective services.

Videos and Live Streaming

Individuals and organizations may record, stream, and post gameplay from the Site on video-sharing platforms, social media, and similar services. No prior application or notice is required.

Monetization through advertising revenue, viewer donations, memberships, or similar methods is also permitted. We welcome attribution of the Site name or URL, but it is not required.

However, the following are prohibited:

• distributing or selling the Site's programs or assets as standalone materials;
• reproducing the Site and offering it as a separate game or service;
• conduct that infringes the rights of third parties; and
• conduct that violates laws or public order and morals.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the content, operation, continuity, security, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Site. Except where we have acted intentionally or with gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. This does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms will take effect when posted on this page.
