Terms of Service

Scope

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using Latele Game (the "Site"), provided by Latele Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

About the Site

The Site provides free mini-games that can be played in a web browser. We may change, add to, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site without prior notice to users.

Membership and Sign-in

Membership is optional. You can play as a guest without registering. Registration and sign-in use a Google or LINE account. Keep your Google or LINE account and signed-in devices secure. Do not impersonate anyone or misuse another person’s account. Sign out before lending a device to someone else.

When both Google and LINE are linked, you can verify your identity with the method you keep and unlink the other. You cannot remove the last sign-in method. Unlinking does not change your member ID, saves, rankings or support history. You can then link the same or a different account. Registering again with the removed account creates a separate membership.

We do not send member emails, direct messages, or push notifications. Maintenance notices, changes to these Terms, and other announcements are provided on the Site.

Save Data and Game Records

Guest save data and game records are stored in your browser. Members can save game data, profiles, favorites, and play records in the cloud and sync them across devices and browsers signed in to the same membership. Participation in online rankings also sends information needed to provide rankings to our servers. We may remove or invalidate ranking records that we determine were registered improperly, without prior notice.

Synchronization requires an internet connection. Unsynced changes are not available on other devices. If saves for the same game conflict, you may need to choose which data to use. Network conditions, device or browser settings, clearing site data, or other circumstances may prevent saving or synchronization or cause data loss. Back up important data through Save Data Management.

If you choose to transfer guest data during initial registration, verified data is moved to your membership and removed from the guest storage. If you decline, guest data is retained separately. Member and guest data use separate storage areas; signing out does not copy member data to the guest. Deletions of synchronized save data made while signed in are also synchronized.

Closing Your Membership

You can request closure through My Page after verifying your identity with your linked Google or LINE account. Closure stops member sessions and synchronization on all devices. We retain membership and save data needed for recovery for 30 days after the request. During that period, you can reauthenticate with the same linked account and explicitly cancel closure. Signing in alone does not cancel it.

After the 30-day deadline, we progressively delete membership information, Google and LINE account links, cloud saves, and rankings associated with the membership. Recovery is no longer available. Registering again with the same external account creates a new membership. Separately retained guest data and backups you downloaded are not deleted by closure. Member data remaining on an offline device is removed after the device reconnects and checks the membership status.

Published Nonbiri Sudoku puzzles and their registered author names and comments remain after membership closure. Contact us before closure if you would like them removed. Support history stored in Latele Game is progressively deleted with membership data after the 30-day closure deadline. Closing your Latele Game membership does not delete Stripe’s payment records, which the operator can continue to view in the Stripe dashboard.

When Google and LINE have separate memberships, you can verify both and choose one to keep. A membership whose deletion you confirm in this special procedure is immediately disabled and cannot be recovered; the 30-day retention period does not apply. Its data is permanently erased as processing completes and is not combined with or transferred to the kept membership. Both login methods are linked to the kept membership. Published Sudoku puzzles, author names and comments, and Stripe payment records remain.

Supported Environment

The Site is tested using the latest version of Google Chrome on PC and the latest version of Google Chrome for iPhone on smartphones. The Site may not operate correctly depending on your device, operating system, browser, or browser settings.

Prohibited Activities

• conduct that violates laws or public order and morals;
• conduct that infringes the rights of us or any third party;
• conduct that interferes with the operation of the Site;
• unauthorized access;
• excessive use through automated means;
• using a display name that may offend other users, impersonates a third party, or that we otherwise deem inappropriate;
• conduct intended to improperly obtain, alter, submit, or manipulate game scores, rankings, or other records; or
• any other conduct that we deem inappropriate.

Intellectual Property Rights

Rights relating to text, images, programs, designs, and other content published on the Site belong to us or their respective lawful rights holders. Except as permitted by law, reproducing, republishing, modifying, distributing, or otherwise using such content without permission is prohibited.

Support

The Site accepts voluntary support through OFUSE and Stripe as a way for users to show appreciation for the free games provided on the Site.

Support is optional. Currently, all published games are free to play regardless of membership, support, or the amount contributed. No points, badges, other membership benefits, paid features, goods, or individual services are currently provided in return for support. Future benefits or their details are not guaranteed.

Support and payment processing are subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of the respective services.

Only payments made through the Site’s Stripe support link while signed in are recorded in that membership’s support history. Guest contributions, OFUSE contributions, and past contributions cannot be linked later. Payment verification may take time before history appears.

Videos and Live Streaming

Individuals and organizations may record, stream, and post gameplay from the Site on video-sharing platforms, social media, and similar services. No prior application or notice is required.

Monetization through advertising revenue, viewer donations, memberships, or similar methods is also permitted. We welcome attribution of the Site name or URL, but it is not required.

However, the following are prohibited:

• distributing or selling the Site's programs or assets as standalone materials;
• reproducing the Site and offering it as a separate game or service;
• conduct that infringes the rights of third parties; and
• conduct that violates laws or public order and morals.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the content, operation, continuity, security, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Site. Except where we have acted intentionally or with gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. This does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms in accordance with applicable law, including where changes benefit users generally or are reasonable in light of their necessity, appropriateness, and other circumstances. We will announce the changes, revised content, and effective date through the Site or another appropriate method. Where law requires advance notice or user consent, we will follow those procedures.
