Rule Details
How to Play
- Numbers starting from 1 appear on a 3×3 grid for only 3 seconds.
- Memorize their positions. When the numbers disappear, tap the same cells in order: 1, 2, 3, and so on.
- Select every required number in the correct order to CLEAR the stage. There is no time limit for answering.
- The result screen appears after the selected 10, 20, or 50 STAGES are finished, or when you select End Game.
- With a keyboard, the keys select cells by numpad position rather than by the number shown. Use 7–8–9 for the top row, 4–5–6 for the middle row, and 1–2–3 for the bottom row.
Scoring
- You earn 1 point immediately for each correct number you select.
- If you make a mistake, the points earned earlier in that STAGE still count toward your score.
- For the selected 20 STAGES, the maximum Memory Score is 170 points. You can also earn up to 50 bonus points from your remaining HELP time.
- Clear all 20 STAGES without using HELP to earn a PERFECT score of 220 points.
Difficulty Changes
- The game starts with 5 numbers. After a CLEAR, the next STAGE adds 1 more number.
- After a MISS, the next STAGE has 1 fewer number and the memory time resets to 3 seconds. The minimum is 1 number and the maximum is 9.
- After clearing a STAGE with 9 numbers, the next STAGE stays at 9 numbers while the memory time decreases by 0.2 seconds. The shortest memory time is 1 second.
- If you MISS with 9 numbers and later reach 9 again, the memory time restarts at 3 seconds.
HELP: Hold to View
- While answering, hold the HELP button or the 0 key to show the original numbers again in the same positions.
- You have 5 seconds of HELP time for the entire game. Releasing your finger, mouse, or key stops the timer, and the remaining time carries over to the next STAGE.
- You cannot select cells while HELP is active. At the end of the game, each remaining second is worth 10 bonus points, up to 50 points.
Saved Scores
- This browser saves your top 10 total scores and BEST SCORE separately for each stage count.
- Ties are ranked by Memory Score, then by number of CLEARs. The top record is protected automatically.
- Use the lock icon to protect a score. Protected scores are not removed by Delete Scores.
- You can protect up to 5 scores, including the automatically protected record. Unlocking a score returns it to normal score management.
